How do I know if I won?
You can bind your email on our website so that we can notify you by email as soon as you win. Additionally, when you win a raffle, our webpage will change immediately, and you will be able to clearly see the result of your win. You can view all the NFT raffles you have participated in on the My Profile -> Purchased page. When you win an NFT raffle, the winning address under the crown will be your own address.
How do I claim my prize?
Once the raffle announces the winning results, our raffle page will be updated. Below the NFT image, there will be a "Claim NFT" button. The winner can simply click on the button to claim their corresponding NFT prize on the Arbitrum One. Soon, you will be able to receive the NFT you won on the network where the NFT is located.
What happens if a raffle doesn't get enough bullets?
If there are unsold bullets at the end of the raffle period, Hunt NFT allows users to withdraw their own NFT or ETH. It's important to note that users who have selected the "skip pool mode" will be unable to withdraw ETH. Instead, those ETH will be carried over to the next raffle.
How do I withdraw my timeout NFT & Bullets?
When the raffle period ends and the raffle is unsuccessful, our raffle page will be updated. Below the NFT image, there will be a "Claim TimeOut NFT" button and a "Claim TimeOut Bullets" button. Everyone will have the option to withdraw their respective assets. It's important to note that users who have selected the "skip pool mode" will be unable to withdraw ETH. Instead, those ETH will be carried over to the next raffle.
How do I confirm a raffle was fairly drawn?
Our code is verified on the blockchain, and the proportion of bullets you purchase out of the total bullets determines your chances of winning. You can verify this information. We utilize a secure blockchain random number solution provided by Chainlink, and you can verify the randomness on-chain. We use ChainLink's VRF.
